Qualifications of Director of Nursing (DON):
Current valid RN License in Pennsylvania Bachelors Degree in Nursing, preferred 5 or more years of recent nursing or clinical experience (including management level roles) Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care CPR certification (prior to or upon hire) Excellent communication skillsJob Type:
