Summary:
This position is responsible for organizing and administering HR benefits, recordkeeping, and recruiting while working closely with the VP of HR on other human resource initiatives.
Key Roles:
Benefit Management Wellness Recruiting HR Software Management Onboarding Process Essential Duties:
Assists company in carrying out various Human Resource programs and procedures.
Schedules and conducts interviews as needed.
Facilitates all on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Responsible for developing and leading Wellness initiatives.
Performs all benefits administration duties.
Maintains all Human Resource records and compiles reports as needed.
Maintain updated employee information in HR software.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting program.
Provides project management support for various HR projects.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and
Experience:
Education - bachelor's degree or Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred.
7-10 years prior experience or training in Human Resource work is strongly recommended.
Physical Environments:
Noise levels are low to high at times.
Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
Mostly office work but may occasionally require the ability to walk the facility and property.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
