The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment and is a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and rigorous environments. Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow safety guidelines while working on machinery or in facilities (ex. Lock out/tag out)
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components on manufacturing machinery ? replacing parts as required.
Perform repairs and Preventative Maintenance on machinery and mechanical controls.
Utilize welding techniques.
Effectively use knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics and can read schematics/blueprints.
Perform Preventive maintenance and identify problems.
Knowledgeable in rigging, valves, pumps, machine shop equipment and fabrication.
Complete all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, and repair logs to reflect work performed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven technical aptitude for electrical and mechanical equipment, CNC experience is a plus
Self-starter, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new systems and equipment in a fast-paced environment
Associates in Electronics or equivalent military training and experience.
Familiarity with National Electrical Code
Ability to read electrical schematics
Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical equipment in a timely manner.
Ability to communicate effectively within the team, to customers, and to management.
Ability to adapt to handle multiple assignments and work to complete them within specified timeframe.
Full understanding of the mechanical aspects of CNC.
Working knowledge in machine repair for CNC mills, lathes, etc.
Capable of electronic repair, parameter adjustments, and strong troubleshooting skills on Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens controls.
Machine Tool Controls. Servo & Spindle Drive Systems. CNC Machine Tool Systems. Electronic/ Electrical/PLC systems. Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems. Mechanical Motion Systems (spindles, linear guides, boxed & rotary).
Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic blueprint reading skills required; experience reading blueprints from non-U.S. manufacturers preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
